TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Hotel Normandy has the right to refuse guests whose dress is indecent and neglected. Guests with incorrect behaviour towards staff or other customers and contrary to public decency and public order may be excluded from the property.
All bookings made must be confirmed by the customer, who will give a guarantee of payment of their choice among the modes of payment accepted at the property (see regulations). Without a guarantee of payment from the customer, the booking cannot be deemed validated. The customer has the possibility of paying a deposit to confirm his booking.
Payment for the stay is made upon departure of the guest. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Amex, Holiday vouchers. Checks are no longer accepted due to excessive insufficient payments.
If the customer wishes to interrupt his stay, he must notify the reception at least 24 hours in advance. He will be refunded the balance of his stay if the payment has been made in full.
Delays on arrival or no-show can in no case be refunded. Costs for the full stay will be charged.
The customer who booked a room in our hotel can cancel it according to the following conditions:
– Free cancellation 30 days prior to the date of arrival
– From 30 to10 days before arrival: 20% of the booking rate as cancellation fee
– From 10 days to 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the booking rate as cancellation fee
– Less than 72 hours before arrival : 100% of the booking rate will be charged
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will be refunded in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Tourist tax is not included in the price of accommodations. It must be paid directly to the hotel at check-out.
According to the law in force it is strictly forbidden to smoke in public places. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke in bedrooms, corridors, living rooms and restaurants for safety and hygienic reasons. Failure to comply with the law will result in a compensation for the restoration of the room of €50 / stay. It is also strictly forbidden to use gas stove type appliances in the rooms.
We ask you to respect the place, as well as the decoration of your room.
Hotel Normandy accepts pets in its property. The stay of a pet is charged € 7 per day. However, our customers are asked to respect the premises and not to leave the pet alone in the room. Our restaurant also accepts pets, provided that they are kept on a leash and that they remain under the supervision of their owners.
For hygienic reasons, we ask you not to put your pet on the armchairs and chairs. Any deterioration will be charged € 100 for the restoration and bactericidal disinfection.
These terms and conditions apply to all customers.
In the event of non-compliance with these internal regulations, management reserve the right to ask the customer to leave the premises without any compensation.
